“I don’t know what to do…”
That was the exact sentence Conni said to me when she first reached out.
Her shoulder had been limiting her life for months — and she felt completely stuck.
Conni had a combination of severe mobility restrictions, a history of shoulder stiffness, and a frozen-shoulder diagnosis that left her struggling with the simplest things:
She couldn’t:
Put her arm behind her back
Lift her arm comfortably to the side
Train her upper body
Even using the steering wheel or putting on a sweater was difficult
She felt restricted, frustrated, and unsure where to turn next.
Before working with me, she genuinely tried everything she could think of:
Physiotherapy
Stretching routines
Frequent massage
Osteo joint work
The problem?
None of it produced the long-term change she was hoping for.
Some things helped temporarily…
Some things did nothing…
And others left her feeling even more limited.
She was out of ideas.
Out of momentum.
And starting to lose trust in her body.

Imagine this for a second: Everyday movements feel restricted. Training feels off-limits. And each attempt to “fix it” leaves you more confused than before.
Then one day, I got an email from her.
And just a few months later, here’s where she ended up:
The pain was intense and severely limited my day to day life. I had to completely stop doing upper body workouts and it kept me from doing yoga. I was incredibly frustrated.
I made immense progress during the program. My range of motion has increased substantially. I can go about my day to day life without any limitations or pain. I’m now able to train my upper body and do large movements like deadlifts without any issues.
I really valued the changing customised workouts, and the level of support was great too.

She went from feeling restricted in daily life and unable to train upper body…
Then a couple weeks in, this happened:
After that point:
She started progressing QUICK.
And towards the end of the program? She was doing workouts like this (seriously, this is actually one of her workouts!):

Instead of trying more stretching, more massage, or more passive treatment…
👉 We rebuilt her mobility AND strength, gradually and progressively
👉 We tailored every movement to her structure & limitations
👉 We adjusted each step so her body could adapt safely
👉 We focused on building capacity instead of symptom-chasing
This is why she kept progressing — week after week.
