My obsession for shoulders began in 2014 when I was sidelined by shoulder tightness, pain, and recurring injuries that never seemed to end.
I tried every “solution” — rest, physical therapy, stretches, band routines, and quick fixes. Each promised relief but left me frustrated, weaker, and stuck.
