Hi, I’m Ollie.

I built Mobex because I was tired of seeing capable people held back by preventable physical limitations — and because I lived that story myself. I spent years training hard, following “expert” advice, and chasing progress, only to end up with shoulder pain, wrist pain, hip issues, and a body that felt like it was ageing too fast. No one could give me a long-term solution — so I built one.

A letter from the founder.

If I’m honest, didn’t start as a business.
It started as a realisation — and a promise.

 

The realisation was this:

 

Your life is painfully short, and your body is the vehicle you experience all of it through. If that body becomes limited, fragile, or unreliable, your entire world shrinks with it.

 

And for a while, mine was shrinking.

 

I wasn’t injured.
My shoulder wasn’t torn.
My wrist wasn’t damaged.
My hip wasn’t “gone.”

 

But I felt restricted. Tight. “On guard”. Fragile.

 

And fearful of pushing my body hard, because I knew it’d push back harder.

 

I felt like I was slipping away from the level I expected of myself. And that terrified me far more than any pain ever could. Because losing capability — even slightly — feels like a preview of mortality.


A reminder that your physical prime doesn’t last forever. A signal that if you don’t actively protect and upgrade your body, you slowly lose the ability to live the life you want.

 

That experience didn’t make me bitter.
It made me obsessed.

 

Obsessed with movement, longevity and excellence. Obsessed with building a body that isn’t just “pain-free,” but powerful, athletic, capable, and built to last.

 

That obsession is why Mobex exists.

 

I’ll never forget reading Kevin’s intake form…

 

A father who loved training, but felt like his body was letting him down. He wanted to feel strong, present, capable… not just for himself, but for his kids.

 

Or Toby, who wrote that his training felt hesitant, constrained, and inconsistent — and that all he wanted was to feel strong, resilient, capable, fit, healthy again.

 

Both situations hit me right in the chest: 

 

Because I know what it feels like to wonder if you’re “past your best.” And I know how quickly physical limits spill into every part of your identity — as a high-performer, partner, parent or leader.

 

 

And when I read those words, my first instinct wasn’t technical.
It wasn’t mechanical.

Or analytical.

 

It was simple:

“I’ve got you”

 

Not just feel better, but be better

That’s why something changes in me every time I work with someone who reminds me of who I once was.

 

I remember reading a client’s form recently — the fear of slipping, the worry about being a step behind his kids, the quiet frustration of knowing he wasn’t showing up as the father he wanted to be.

 

And when I saw Toby describe his training as hesitant, constrained, inconsistent… and then tell me he just wanted to feel strong, resilient, capable, fit, healthy again — it hit the same place.

 

Because I know what that feels like.

 

And when I read those words, my first instinct wasn’t technical.

It was simple:

“I’ve got you.”

 

That feeling — helping someone not just feel better, but be better, is the reason Mobex exists. This work matters because when someone gets his/her capability back, everything in his/her life gets better.

His confidence.
His presence with his family.
His identity.

 

So yes — I rebuild bodies.
But more importantly, I rebuild what those bodies allow people to be.

 

And under my watch, no one stays limited.

CHAPTER #1
AESTHETICS & STRUGGLES

In 2014, I was strong, in the best shape of my life & training like an athlete — until shoulder issues started holding me back. What began as tightness turned into constant flare-ups and ‘tweaks’ that dictated every workout and eventually, every day. I felt fragile, hesitant, and unable to trust my body.

CHAPTER #2
GOOD METHODS, WRONG PROBLEM

I tried everything – physical therapy, chiros, mobility work, rest, stretching, band routines, osteo at one of the best health clubs in london and even a shoulder specialist on Harley Street. But none of it delivered. The problem wasn’t effort. It was the approach.

CHAPTER #3
RELENTLESS OBSESSION

I refused to settle with limitations – so I started again from scratch. I studied biomechanics, anatomy, the nervous system, and longevity… testing everything on myself. I studied, tested, failed, refined until patterns eventually started emerging… the real reasons I was struggling.

CHAPTER #4
POWER. CONFIDENCE. FREEDOM.

I used the data to rebuild my body from the ground up, isolating weak links, and refining my movement patterns – my body felt powerful, stable, and capable again. For the first time in years I could train hard without stubborn limitations holding me back. That transformation became the early blueprint for what is now the Mobex Method.

Ultimate Performance was my first taste of true precision and world-class standards. First as a client in 2013, and later as a private 1-1 mentee to a UP head coach who showed me the ropes at 19 years old (I’m now 31). Globally recognised for world-class transformations built on precision and accountability – they taught me what “world-class” coaching looks like and set the standards I’ve held ever since.

Studying Poliquin’s PICP system in London and Hong Kong reshaped my understanding of strength training and programming. Poliquin coached over 800 Olympic athletes across 20+ sports, and his methods were decades ahead of the industry. While I later discovered that not all of his methods were joint or longevity-friendly (eg. GVT), his teachings on how to program intelligent strength training cycles with mathematical precision form a core part of what MOBEX does today.
